Our consultants have been trained, et al, in McKinsey techniques; Prince 2 Project Management; On Risk Analysis software, utilising a Monte Carlo simulation model on the financial data; they have attended the prestigious 'Strategic Leader' course at The Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) in the USA and have been a main international board director (CFO) of a USA Global Manufacturing Company: c. USD7billion turnover. Our consultants have negotiated and closed many large PPP projects and have, personally, raised billions.
