Namibia: a land of Opportunity!

Namibia, officially the Republic of Namibia, is a country in Southern Africa. Its western border is the Atlantic Ocean. It shares land borders with Zambia and Angola to the north, Botswana to the east and South Africa to the south and east. The country is vast, but only has a population of c. 3m. Namibia has the second lowest population density in the world. Its official language is English, and it has a well-established democratic form of governance, with a high degree of press freedom. The currency is the Namibian dollar, which has parity to the South African Rand (ZAR). (One can envisage a time, in the foreseeable future, when Namibia may trade, independently, in its own currency.)

Namibia has well-established financial institutions that are regulated to international standards.

Namibia has traditional resources including Mining; Fisheries; Tourism, and the recent addition of Vast Oil & Gas Reserves and Renewable Energy Solutions:  Green Hydrogen development, allied with substantial Solar and Wind capacity:  these will elevate Namibia to another level, not only within Africa, but also in the world!

The availability of these funds reflects the EU's confidence in Namibia's potential.

There is considerable interest in industrial land availability around Walvis Bay and Luderitz by African and Overseas Companies. There are huge opportunities to enhance the infrastructure that will be required.
